Contact me. Keywords: ACM Conference, Student ACM Chapters Message-ID: <14804@june.cs.washington.edu> Date: 31 Jan 91 19:11:02 GMT Organization: U of Washington, Computer Science, Seattle List-Id: SIGAda will be sponsoring a booth at the ACM/SIGCSE conference in San Antonio Texas in March. We will be demonstrating Ada compilers, displaying Ada books, distributing information about Ada software, and we plan on showing a video of a model train layout that is controlled by a real-time Ada program. If we rent a color TV at the conference, it will cost us more than an outright purchase of one. I have been authorized to make the following offer: if a local ACM chapter is willing to purchase a TV, deliver it to our booth, and pick it up after the conference is over, we will pay them for the price of the TV, which becomes theirs to keep. If you are interested in this offer, please send me e-mail (pattis@cs.washington.edu) or call me at (206) 685-1218. We can arrange the details then. Rich Pattis Education Committee Chair, SIGAda
