oh come now, an IBM PC is no longer a "home" computer.  if it were, IBM
would have never ventured into the PC market.  Also, there is nothing
about military software that makes it any harder or easier to implement
than many, many other kinds of software.  

Ada is just a tool.  if it helps you do your job, use it.
