There is another compiler vendor called RR Software who offers an Ada 95 compiler on Windows for a much lower price. Check it out. Also see http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Ada_Programming/Installing for a list of compilers available. You will find that GCC supports Ada and allows you to distribute proprietary software. At no cost.
