You cannot do this unless you get the authors of Numerical Recipes on board, which would probably be difficult. I think a literal translation of their Fortran or C code to Ada could not be posted online without their permission. The GNU Scientific Library (written in C) http://www.gnu.org/software/gsl/ is open source. You could write an open source version in Ada.
