Kinda lost now :) If you only have one computer, I suggest you print the relevant parts of the installation manual so you can read it while installing. The Debian installer in Sarge is quite easy to use; this is my experience from past Linux Copy/Install Parties. Of course, Preben, you probably never used it. One of the niceties of Debian is that you only ever install it once; instead, you just "apt-get upgrade" from release to relase.
