Perhaps they do not allow connections from outside the US so as to protect the precious .NET-enabled Ada. :-) In any case, I suspect this will be fine to create .NET applications, however I suspect that it cannot produce 100% verifiable .NET code (the equivalent of VC++ 2005 /clr:safe), that is 100% managed code.
