Please can somebody here explain to me the exception raised by following code

	Israel : constant Nation := Serbia;
	Palestine : constant Nation := Kosovo;
	Sharon : Nationalist.Leader :=Milosevic;
begin

	Us_Intervention;
	Jail (Sharon);

end;

This code compiles OK but raises Jewish_Error at run time

Please Help !!
