I'd bet that the amount of support needed by a single person might easily be *more* than the amount needed by a small group, who after all are available to talk with each other. But GNAT is free software. There's nothing to stop someone from setting up a support shop himself. That person could even buy support from ACT, and act as a conduit for his group of supported individuals.
