No, I'm saying that in absolute terms, people find both Linux and Microsoft operating systems and applications to be all of those things, and the evidence is the number of people using them. In c.l.a. you find many posts deriding managers who choose to implement systems in C or C++, as if it were somehow impossible to do such a thing. As MDC keeps saying, it would be nice if you could point to equivalent or equivalently large systems in Ada that would demonstrate the same thing that Linux and Microsoft do.
