	I am pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Virginia L. Castor
to the position of Director, Ada Joint Program Office, in the Office of
the Secretary of Defense.

	The Ada Program is a large, complex, and far reaching program which
is critically important to our Defense capabilities.

	Ms. Castor has a challenging job ahead of her and I urge each of you
